Birds of Paradise
On an island formed from their own droppings, a small community of wingless birds lives in quiet peace — until a mysterious rubber boot appears, seemingly imbued with magical powers, and sends their world into unexpected upheaval. Bold in style and singular in vision, this animated fable asks what happens when the unfamiliar enters a settled world, and what price a community must pay for progress.
