At BIKY, we have the Kids and Youth Executive Committee, known as "BiKies," who help build the film festival together. Composed of children and youth who love cinema, they serve at the very heart of the festival.

As the face of BIKY, BiKies play key roles across various events. Their responsibilities range from preliminary screening for the competition section, "Ready~Action!" (a category featuring films directed by domestic and international youth), to moderating Guest Visits (GV) after film screenings. They also host the “Kids & Youth Filmmaker’s Night" (a networking party for young filmmakers), and take full charge of planning and hosting the Awards Ceremony, which marks the grand finale of the film festival.
